We currently deliver medicines across India through our trusted courier and logistics partners.

Delivery availability depends on the pin code serviceability of our courier partners.

2. Shipping Time

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of order confirmation.

Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on your location.

In case of delays due to courier, natural calamities, or government restrictions, customers will be notified.

3. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping may be applicable on orders above a certain value (as mentioned on the website).

For smaller orders, a nominal delivery fee may be charged, which will be displayed during checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID on your registered email/SMS/WhatsApp.

You can track your order through the courier partner’s website/app.

5. Delivery Guidelines

Orders will be delivered only to the shipping address provided at the time of purchase.
