At Drsamim.com, we value the trust of our customers and strive to provide the best quality homeopathic medicines and consultation services. This Refund Policy is drafted in accordance with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines and is applicable to all purchases made through our website.

1. Refunds for Medicines

Once an order has been successfully placed and shipped, no refund will be provided for medicines due to the sensitive and consumable nature of the products.

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

If you receive a wrong product.

If the product is expired or damaged at the time of delivery.

2. Refunds for Consultation Services

Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been completed.

If a consultation appointment is cancelled by the customer before 24 hours of the scheduled time, the consultation fee may be refunded or rescheduled.

If the consultation is cancelled by DrSamim.com, the full amount will be refunded.

3. Refund Timeline

Once your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method (Bank/UPI/Wallet) within 7–10 working days, as per RBI and payment gateway rules.
